Public Security Bureau or Immigration Bureau?

The Public Security Bureau and the Immigration Bureau belong to different systems, so there is no comparability. If you have to compare, it depends on your political level.

(a) to guide the national water conservancy project resettlement work, formulate policies and regulations on water conservancy project resettlement, organize the drafting of water conservancy project resettlement laws and regulations and supervise their implementation.

(two) to be responsible for the management of water conservancy project resettlement industry, and to guide the statistics, business training and information management of water conservancy project resettlement.

(three) to undertake the examination and approval of the resettlement planning outline of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects approved by the central government, and organize the implementation of the resettlement acceptance, resettlement supervision and evaluation system of water conservancy projects.

(four) to undertake the guidance, supervision and inspection of the implementation of the support policies for reservoir resettlement in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and to undertake the daily work of the Office of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on National Reservoir Resettlement Support Policies.

(5) To guide the planning of support for large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement, the preparation of infrastructure construction and economic development planning for large and medium-sized reservoir areas and resettlement areas, undertake the verification of population support for newly-built large and medium-sized reservoirs resettlement, and organize the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of national reservoir resettlement support policies.

(six) the organization of large and medium-sized water conservancy project resettlement and reservoir resettlement support related planning implementation inspection and internal audit.
