According to the inquiry of Beijing Government Affairs Service Network, the pilot project of Miyun Reservoir's first-level circle was launched in 2023, and all the schemes were dissolved within ten years. Miyun Reservoir is located at 13km north of Miyun District, Beijing, and in the hilly area of Yanshan Mountains. It was completed in September 1960.
