Why can Japan attack China and China not attack Japan in the Ming Dynasty?

In recent years, scholars hold that the main reason for the "Jialong Rebellion" was the improvement of productivity in China in the Ming Dynasty, but the policy of "sea ban" was implemented. It is a progressive struggle against the feudal landlord class and its sea ban policy in the southeast coastal areas of China in the embryonic period of capitalism, with farmers as the main force, including craftsmen and businessmen from all walks of life. This kind of struggle is a class struggle within the feudal society of China, not an enemy. Its activity stage is in China and the coast of Southeast Asia, and its members are mainly Koreans and Koreans, so it is called "Holiday Man". Due to the influence of Toyotomi Hideyoshi (1590- 1598), the activities of Japanese pirates began to decrease, and the maritime trade in East Asia became much calmer.
