What is the reason why Sima Qian and the International Symposium on Historical Records were held in Shangluo?

Shangluo, which straddles the Yangtze River and the Yellow River, was the only place where ancient Chang 'an reached the southeast. It is also the intersection of Central Plains culture, Chu culture, Qin and Han Chu culture, which has a far-reaching and important influence on the formation of Greater China culture. Sima Qian, a great historian and author of Historical Records, also had a certain relationship with Shangluo. According to historical records, Sima Qian made his first roaming inspection at the age of 20, starting from Fengdan Wuguan, passing through Miluo, reaching Changsha and boarding Jiuqi.
