(5) Organize and guide the management and protection of water engineering facilities, waters and rivers in the province; guide and supervise the comprehensive management, development and utilization of rivers in the province.
(6) Organize and coordinate the basic construction of farmland water conservancy; guide and supervise the construction of irrigation areas, water-saving renovations, hydropower projects focusing on flood control, irrigation, and water supply, and the management and operation of rural small hydropower; guide relevant The department will do a good job in reservoir resettlement.
(7) Responsible for the guidance and management of urban water supply and rural drinking water in the province; review the qualifications of urban and rural water supply enterprises; guide the construction and management of urban water supply, drainage and reclaimed water reuse facilities; participate in urban water supply Price verification work.
