Which dynasty in the history of China entered the Central Plains from the northeast?

In most dynasties in China's history, either the northeast occupied the Central Plains or the northwest occupied the Central Plains.

Three Emperors and Five Emperors: Northeast China entered the Central Plains and originated from Hongshan civilization in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia.

Xia Dynasty: Northwest China entered the Central Plains and came from Central Asia.

Shang Dynasty: Northeast China entered the Central Plains and came from Changbai Mountain.
