The Xinzhaojiahe Reservoir in Guiyang will not start construction in February, 2022 because it still needs instructions from the superior. The government should actively do a good job in the preparatory work for the resettlement of proposed reservoirs such as Zhaojiahe and Wanlongpo, and create conditions for the approval and construction of reservoir projects.
