(3) Proof of kinship between the applicant and the dependent: 1. Adopted children: photocopies of documents approved by the local court of Taiwan Province Province on the adoption relationship (it must be changed to the adoptive father's surname) and transcripts of the household registration of the dependents in the last 3 months (the adopted children's names must be published). 2.
