Is the Wa State in Myanmar from China?

The Wa State in Myanmar is not China's, and it is called Myanmar Second Special Zone or Shan State Second Special Zone. The second special zone of Shan State in Myanmar and the second special zone of North Shan State are called by the Myanmar government.
