Zhao, 1962, 10 born, doctor, professor, doctoral supervisor, vice president of Gansu Agricultural University. He has won the award of teaching and educating people, outstanding youth in Gansu Province, model commander of the new Long March in Gansu Province, award of young teachers in colleges and universities in Gansu Province, model worker in the national education system and special government allowance. He was selected as "outstanding talents across the century" by the State Education Commission 1995, and 1996 was approved as the first batch to enter the country.
