Yiwu Administrative Service Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") opened on February 20 10, and its predecessor was Yiwu 365 Convenience Service Center, which was established in 2002. The center is located in Building 6, Administration, No.300 Wangdao Road. In addition, in October 20 12, 65438 10, the international trade service center was established in the original 365 service hall in our city as a foreign-related service platform, which was incorporated into the "center" comprehensive government service system. The "Center" is an administrative service organization that concentrates on multiple functional departments of Yiwu Municipal Government, is accepted by the window service, performs relevant administrative licensing functions and provides administrative services, and is divided into two levels: comprehensive management and window service. Comprehensive Management The Administrative Committee of Yiwu Administrative Service Center is a department-level agency of the municipal government, which mainly coordinates, supervises, manages and serves the work items and staff of each window of the center. There are four departments including office, business department, supervision department and international trade service center management department, and five fully funded institutions including government procurement center, public resource trading center, digital city management center, investment agency service center and service office. The window layer is "365 Service Hall", and a total of 323 windows are set up, which are concentrated in 45 functional departments of our city to handle 1003 licensing and service projects (including 348 power expansion projects decentralized by the province in 20 12). At the same time, 24 intermediary windows have been set up, which has truly realized one-stop handling and one-stop service.
