I'm sorry, because the university you studied in the mainland is not recognized, and there is no way to postpone the recruitment at present. If you go back now, you will be restricted from leaving the country according to law.

Give you two ways:

1. Those who return to Taiwan Province Province to apply for a new passport can apply to the military service unit for approval to leave the country in the name of the need for further study, and attach the official student status certificate issued by the mainland school. You can apply in advance every time and leave the country for two months after approval. This way is a little more troublesome and expensive.

2. Apply for suspension from your school, first complete military service (only one year), and then go back to the mainland to complete your studies.

If you stay in the mainland regardless of the expiration of your passport and the military service unit repeatedly urges you not to report, you may have a criminal record of obstructing military service and may be sentenced to less than one year.

Article 4 of the Measures for the Administration of Military Exit

1. Male students who are sent or recommended to go abroad for research, further studies, performances, competitions, visits, training or internships may apply for leaving the country for a maximum period of one year.

2. Men who have not served in school can apply for leaving the country for no more than three months because they have been sent or recommended to represent the country in performances or competitions.

3. Those who are approved to leave the country for reasons other than the preceding two paragraphs shall not exceed two months at a time.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to those who apply to enter Chinese mainland.
