New regulations on Hunan's visa to Macao

Article 1 Scope of Application These Guidelines are applicable to mainland residents' applications for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

Article 2 The examination and approval shall be based on the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration and the Interim Measures for the Administration of China Citizens Traveling to or from Hongkong or Macau for Private Affairs.

Article 3 Exit-entry administration departments of public security organs at or above the county level entrusted by the National Immigration Bureau.
