Brief introduction of Hebei Provincial Water Resources Department

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC, General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of the People's Government of Hebei Province (No.200914) and the Notice of the People's Government of Hebei Province on the Establishment of Provincial Government Institutions (No.46, Zheng Ji [2009]), the Water Resources Department of Hebei Province was established as a department of the provincial government.
