Make it clear whether you are an immigrant or studying abroad. Immigrants are only 16 years old, unless you have immediate family members who can visit relatives there. It should be impossible to apply for investment or skilled migration. If you study abroad first, you can find an intermediary and have money. It will take about half a year, and then take your time when you get a work visa. But I advise you not to go to England. Expensive, it's much easier to muddle along. I feel ok in Canada.
