1995, Jingxian county governs 8 towns and 22 townships: Chengguan Town, Chencun Town, Maolin Town, Langqiao Town, Gongyan Town, Zhangdu Town, Caicun Town, Dingjiaqiao Town, Baohe Township, fengcun Township, Nanrong Township, Tongshan Township, Wuxi Township, Zhexi Township, Huangtian Township and Xiyang Township.

1998, Jingxian county governs Jingchuan town, Maolin town, Langqiao town, Dingjiaqiao town, Gongyan town, Caicun town, Zhangdu town, Xiqin town, Taohuatan town, Huangcun town, Yunling town, Xiyang town, Su Hong town, Tingxi town and Changqiao town.
