Excuse me, how is the immigration of college entrance examination in Qinghai Province regulated?

All children from other provinces who are engaged in industrial and commercial operations and individual and private operators in Qinghai must meet the following three conditions at the same time when applying for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province from Qinghai:

(1) The fifth anniversary (before the college entrance examination) when both parents or one of them and the examinee moved into our province;

(2) The fifth anniversary of parents' registration in youth business administration (before the college entrance examination);

(3) Candidates have studied in high schools in our province for three years, and have taken the high school exams in our province since the first year of high school. Otherwise, you won't apply.
