What are the advantages of Chilean company registration?

The Chilean government legislates to allow foreign investors to set up various types of law companies in Chile. The registration procedure of Chilean companies includes the following steps:

C. Write the articles of association of the Chilean company, and sign it in the confirmed notary office for notarization.

D. Register with the Commercial Office and publish the articles of association in Chile's "Guan" magazine, including the name and nature of the company, the scale of operation, the registered capital, the proportion of partners and shares, the name and obligations of the legal representative, the establishment period of the company and the legal address of the company.

E. open a bank account, inject funds in the name of the company, and the accountant will issue a certificate.

F obtain the final version of the articles of association of Chile from the notary office and register the company tax number with the tax bureau.

G. The company can start business after obtaining the official business license or temporary business license, and print the invoice issued by the company at the designated department, which will be sealed by the Chilean tax bureau.
