According to the Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects (Order No.679 of the State Council), the notice is as follows: The downstream of Whale Valley at the junction of Baqiao District and Chang 'an District in Xi City, the main construction contents include retaining dam, right bank open spillway, right bank spillway tunnel, right bank water supply system and left bank drinking water supply system. The project covers an area including Baqiao District and Chang 'an District of Xi City. They are Changjiawan Village and Gao Qiao Village of Hongqi Street in Baqiao District, Nandakang Village, Tangcun Village, Checun Village, Dongyue Village, Xindi Village, Baifang Village, Paoli Village, Xi 'ao Village, Silian Village and Xinshi Village of Du Ming Street in Chang 'an District.
