What are the procedures and requirements for immigration?

1. Copy of passport and tourist visa documents of each applicant applying for permanent residence (if there are more than one applicant, please submit them together).

2. A notarized copy of the birth of each applicant applying for permanent residence.

3. A notarized copy of the household registration/household registration book.

4. Details of immediate family members (such as name, age and occupation).

5.2 1 Copy of guardianship certificate or adoption certificate of children under one year old (if any).

6. A notarized marriage certificate (if married).

7. A notarized copy of divorce (if divorced).

8. A notarized copy of the name change of each applicant applying for permanent residence.

9. Marriage certificate of parents or parents-in-law (if permanent residence is also registered).

Documents required for applying for an enterprise:

1, the original financial audit report of the main business listed by the applicant in Table A, and the financial report must be stamped by the accounting firm. If the original cannot be submitted, the financial audit report must be notarized by the notary office. If the applicant has other business related to this application, it must also be submitted.

2. A notarized copy of the latest equity held by the applicant's main business and other businesses related to this application.

The applicant may submit any of the following materials:

Proof of the company's assets within one year from the date of submission by the applicant, with the original official seal of the accounting firm affixed. Without the seal of an accounting firm, it needs notarization by a notary office;

A notarized copy of the company's articles of association;

If the applicant's company assets certificate has been submitted for more than one year, the applicant must submit an equally effective report approved by the domestic industrial and commercial bureau or the same level department.

3. A copy of the business license of the company in which the applicant mainly operates and the business involved in this application.

4. Detailed resume, including:

The position of the applicant in the main business listed in Table A&; Responsibilities and business experience;

The applicant's working and operating experience in other companies and organizations;

5. The applicant's application for investment in ACRA (if any);

6. Schedule B is a detailed business plan (applicable to option A);

7. Other documents that help the applicant to make investment decisions.
