Why is there an "immigration wave" in China?
According to the investigation of relevant institutions, the rich in China make such choices mainly because they lack security. In other words, these rich people who have mastered great wealth and have always been strong in front of ordinary people do not seem to have some kind of fear and a weak sense of security as they show.
So, why do the rich in China feel insecure? What are the reasons for insecurity? Obviously, there are external and internal reasons, both objective and subjective.
From the subjective reasons, there are three main aspects. The first is the original sin of wealth. Including excessive abuse of employees, tax evasion, fraud and damage to the interests of others. Rich people worry that if these problems are brought out by other problems in subsequent production and operation, they may go bankrupt. As a result, the idea of emigrating overseas came into being; Second, China has intensified its anti-corruption efforts. There is no denying that some of the richest people in China got rich by trading power and money. Judging from the official corruption cases investigated since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, most of them brought out the rich, and some even the richest local people. In this way, the rich with "ghosts" in their hearts will inevitably feel "insecure" and want to emigrate overseas; Third, the relationship between some rich people and the people is too tense. The main reason is that these rich people have ignored the people and started to oppress them since they had money. Especially those rich people who use the black forces to oppress the people in the process of real estate development, gradually feel the pressure in the process of strengthening social management, improving social order and promoting social justice in China. Naturally, it is impossible to emigrate overseas without a sense of security; Fourth, lack of entrepreneurial motivation. Both former entrepreneurs and later rich people seem to lack the entrepreneurial motivation and are unwilling to start a business. But I was worried about the insecurity of wealth, so I transferred my assets overseas in the name of investment.
As for the rich, whose wealth formation process is relatively standardized and their original sin of wealth is less, most of them are still willing to stay in China and continue their career development in China. Even the ideas of immigrants are influenced by objective factors. Therefore, the current objective conditions in China also make some rich people have the idea of emigration.
First of all, I am worried about the formation of hatred for the rich. Although there is no obvious social conflict between the rich and the poor in China, people are generally friendly to the rich. However, the hatred of the rich may gradually form. Mainly because of the unfair distribution of social wealth, the wealth formation process of quite a few rich people has nothing to do with labor and personal ability. At the same time, the concentration of wealth to a few people is too fast and the disparity is too great. It is precisely because of fear of hatred and insecurity that some rich people have the idea of immigration.
Second, the investment environment has changed. A considerable number of rich people in China are formed by hard work. Especially the first generation of entrepreneurs, the price paid is also considerable. However, with the real estate industry and the stock market becoming rich platforms, traditional investments such as the real economy are gradually abandoned by investors. Even if you persist, your confidence and determination are not as good as before. For China, this is indeed a very serious problem. Without sufficient investment channels, of course, the rich will go the wrong way, and of course they will emigrate overseas. If the monopoly field can be effectively opened to private capital, the problem of wealthy immigrants may be better solved. After all, many rich people still want to make more money and do something. Therefore, the "insecurity" brought by the investment environment and the weakening of wealth appreciation ability are also important aspects that cannot be ignored when the rich emigrate overseas.
Third, the government is too strong. In a real market economy country, the government should not be too strong. Although China has entered the market economy, it is still in the process of gradual improvement. So the government is still very strong. The strength of the government is not only manifested in the supervision, taxation and fees of enterprises, but also in the intervention in the normal production and operation of enterprises and investment decisions. Many private entrepreneurs say that the government's intervention in the production, operation and investment decisions of enterprises is the most difficult and terrible thing for them. Because, countless facts have proved that if you do too much according to the requirements of government officials, most of them will make serious decision-making mistakes. If you don't act according to their will, you will be bound and restricted in many ways. Under this "insecurity", it is not surprising that some rich people have the idea of immigration.
Fourth, worry about the depreciation of wealth. Since the outbreak of the financial crisis, China has been too loose and laissez-faire in monetary management. So the phenomenon of currency discovery is very serious. With GDP only half that of the United States, M2 has surpassed that of the United States by 20 1 100 trillion. Such an excessive currency will inevitably leave great hidden dangers for inflation. As a result, the rich will inevitably have strong inflation expectations. Then, immigration and property transfer are undoubtedly important means to avoid the devaluation of wealth.
It is precisely because of these subjective and objective factors that the "insecurity" of the rich in China finally formed the idea of emigrating overseas and transferring funds, and to a certain extent, "immigration tide" appeared. China must take strong measures to solve this problem. On the one hand, try not to settle accounts after autumn, and try to see the present and future performance of the rich. Especially the rich people who are willing to start a business, we should give them strong support. If these rich people continue to do things in the past and continue to make a fortune through irregular behavior, then the old accounts and new accounts will be counted together; On the other hand, we should vigorously improve the investment environment and give the rich more new investment space. We should know that not all foreign countries are investment paradise, especially the United States, Canada and other countries. If the products can't be sold to emerging markets such as China, it will not produce investment benefits. Instead, it is better to leave your wealth in China and continue to start a business in China. This requires China to strive to improve the investment environment and increase investment channels, so that the rich can have more investment channels, instead of continuing to control so many industries and fields through monopoly.
In a word, the migration of the rich is a very serious practical problem for China, and there must be solutions and measures. Among them, improving the investment environment is a very important aspect.
