Shunba Village is located in the northernmost part of Ningwei Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, adjacent to China Water Conservancy Museum in the east, Qianjiang Higher Education Park and the exit of the second bridge of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway in the south, the 7321 Army in the west, the world-famous Qiantang River in the north, and only one river away from the main city of Hangzhou.

The village covers an area of 2.13 square kilometers, with 1515 mu of cultivated land, 381 mu of village area and 121.7 mu of green area, and the village green rate reaches 32%.
