Precautions for American immigrants before physical examination

1. It is best not to drink alcohol the day before the physical examination, avoid a lot of seafood and other foods, and pay attention to rest.

2. It is best to keep an empty stomach before blood drawing (/kloc-not required for applicants under 0/4 years old).

3. Applicants with fever symptoms should suspend physical examination, and their body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius, so they cannot be vaccinated.

4. It is suggested that women should not have a physical examination during the physiological period, and the best physical examination date is three days after the end of the physiological period;

5. The day before each long holiday, children aged 2 to 14 are not allowed to have a physical examination;

6. Add a physical examination item, urine test (gonorrhea) urine test population (all/kloc-applicants aged 0/5 and above);

7. The physical examination needs three working days in advance, and the immigration physical examination needs to fill out an appointment in advance. Physical examination applicants need to download the Physical Examination Information Registration Form at the Physical Examination Center (Guangdong International Travel Health Care Center) to fill in (in Chinese and English), and send the electronic version to the physical examination center's mailbox ((usa@gdciq.gov.cn), which needs to be printed. Patients with chronic diseases, people with a history of major diseases or surgery should try their best to provide medical records or valid medical certificates.

8. You need to bring:

Eight 5cm*5cm bareheaded photos with white background within half a year, and V92 applicants are required to bring 12 photos.
