Yes According to the announcement issued by Ningbo Yinzhou District Political Network in 2022, the resettlement plan for Hengxi Reservoir and its nearby reservoirs in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City has been issued. As of May 5, 2023, the project is under preparation, specifically notified by Hengxi Demolition Office. Hengxi Reservoir, also known as Jin 'e Lake, is located in the Yindongnan Plain of Yongjiang River Basin, one kilometer away from Hengxi Town (upstream).
