To become a Japanese citizen, you must have lived in Japan legally for more than 10 years, have a stable economic income and have no bad record.

First of all, you need to obtain a permanent residence visa and legally live in Japan 10 years. There are three necessary conditions for obtaining a permanent residence visa in Japan:

(1) has lived in Japan continuously for more than 10 years;

(2) Working in Japan for more than 5 years after studying abroad;

(3) Spouses and children of Japanese or foreigners with permanent residency have lived in Japan for more than 2 years.

Article 3 of the Nationality Law stipulates that People's Republic of China (PRC) does not recognize dual citizenship of China citizens.

Article 4. One or both parents are citizens of China, and I was born in China with China nationality.

Article 5. One or both parents are citizens of China, and I was born in a foreign country and have China nationality; However, if one or both parents are citizens of China and have settled in a foreign country, they will have foreign nationality at birth, but will not have China nationality.

Article 6. Parents are stateless or of unknown nationality and have settled in China. I was born in China and have China nationality.
