What materials do I need to apply for a ten-year multiple-entry visa to Canada?

1. Fill in the complete application form for temporary residence visa (IMM5257). Each applicant and each accompanying child must fill in and sign their own application forms. /kloc-accompanying children aged 0/8 and above must fill in and sign their own application forms. /kloc-The application form under the age of 0/8 shall be signed by the parents or guardians.

2. The applicant and every accompanying family member aged 18 or above should fill in the family information form (IMM 5645) in Chinese and English or Chinese and French.
