Eight weeks is normal. You will be asked to provide your mailing address when you enter the customs, and the immigration bureau will send it directly to you. You can also take your landing paper, passport and any ID card to the CIC office in your city to get your maple leaf card.

Please wait if you are sure that your address is correct. If you haven't received it in July 15, you should call the immigration office to tell them your situation, and they will give you clear instructions (such as telling you when to send it, or asking you to pick it up at a designated address).
