Where are the Miao people in Fengshali, Laos?

According to People's Republic of China (PRC) and official website of the Ministry of Commerce, phongsaly province is the northernmost province of Laos, bordering Yunnan Province of China. The province is home to Miao and other ethnic minorities with rolling mountains and dense forests. Miao is a minority in Laos, mainly distributed in the northern region, in which phongsaly province is a region with a concentrated Miao population.
