What conditions do German immigrants need?

German immigrants have two ways:

Mode 1: Investment Migration and Its Conditions

At present, Germany's investment immigration policy is relaxed. Set up a company in Germany with a minimum investment of 25,000 euros, pay taxes on time within three years, and apply for a German green card after three years. After the green card expires, you can apply for naturalization in Germany. Or invest 6.5438 million euros in German stocks and real estate projects to get a green card directly, and you can apply for German citizenship after three years.

Method 2: Apply for EU blue card visa and its conditions.

According to article 19 A of the German immigration law, nationals of third countries outside the EU can apply for the EU blue card as long as they meet the following two conditions:

1, holds a German university degree, or a foreign university degree recognized by Germany, or a foreign university degree recognized by Germany equivalent to a German university.

2. There is a work contract of a German company, and the annual salary before tax is not less than 55,200 euros (2020 standard). For occupations with scarce talents in Germany (such as natural science, mathematics, engineers, doctors and IT), the annual salary before tax is not less than 43,056 euros.

After getting the blue card, German will pass B 1 and 2 1, and then transfer to German permanent green card. If you fail, you will pay social security tax for another year. During the period, as long as German reaches A 1 (the simplest level), it can be converted into a permanent green card after the 33rd month!
