Brief introduction of Longyang District

Banqiao is located in the north of Baoshan city, 5 kilometers away from the urban area, and Dabao Expressway, National Highway 320 and Yunnan-Myanmar Highway pass through. Liu Yang town

Liu Yang Township is located in the western mountainous area of Longyang District, Baoshan City, bordering Banqiao, Han Zhuang, Pupiao, Lujiang and Wafangdian. xinjie town

Xinjie Township is located at the northern foot of Dashantou at the southern end of Baoshan Dam, bordering Han Zhuang Town and Yi Xi Township in the east, Shidian County in the south, Pupiao Town in the west and Han Zhuang Town in the north. The resident of the township government is 5 km away from Longyang City/kloc-0, and Dabao Expressway, G320 National Road and Bao Yun Highway pass through the territory. It is one of the main grain and flue-cured tobacco producing areas in Longyang District. Total land area 108.5 1 km2, north-south length15km, and east-west width14km. The territory is high in the southwest and low in the northeast, with flat dams and low hills. The highest altitude is 2228.4m, the lowest altitude is 1639.5m, and the annual average temperature is 16℃. The township governs 15 village (community) villagers' committees, 85 natural villages and 193 villagers' groups. There are 57,272 people in 16954 households in the township, including 54,484 people in agricultural households 15797 households; Urban residents 1 157 households with 2788 people. Pupiao town

Pupiao, a famous historical and cultural town on the Southern Silk Road, has experienced vicissitudes and accumulated rich and profound history and culture, just like a bright pearl on the western Yunnan Plateau. The "Tangzigou" culture created by "Pupiao people" in Baoshan shows the age and antiquity of Pupiao. Legend has it that Zhuge Liang set fire to Fu Jiabing's snake valley and dumb spring, and the ups and downs of Liang Jinshan, a patriotic overseas Chinese, became a colorful legend in the long history of Pu Piao. Geothermal hot springs flowing for thousands of years and rich subtropical fruits have stopped many passers-by in a hurry. Pupiao is an important post station on the ancient "Southern Silk Road", a provincial-level historical and cultural town and a provincial-level eco-tourism town. Today's Pu Piao is a cultural Pu Piao, a livable Pu Piao, a distinctive Pu Piao and a prosperous Pu Piao.

Lujiang town

Lujiang Town is located at the eastern foot of Gaoligong Mountain and the southern end of Nujiang Grand Canyon, with a total land area of 850 square kilometers. Mangkuan Township is located in the northwest of Longyang District, in the Nujiang Grand Canyon between Gaoligong Mountain and Nushan Mountain, 0/26 km away from Baoshan City, with a total area of 544 square kilometers. The township governs 15 administrative villages (including Manghe and Baihualing), 125 natural villages, 154 villagers' groups, 13455 households, with a total population of 48083 (including 7365438 immigrants from Gaoligongshan+3938 households).
