The Panshan Highway leading to Tianhuangping Power Station is about 20 kilometers long. It passes through the highway, and there are bamboo seas everywhere, and sometimes Jianshui Waterfall jumps into the eye, with beautiful natural scenery. The expressway itself is magnificent and tortuous, without any danger. On one side of the highway is Daxi Canyon, which is nine kilometers deep, and the mountains on both sides are opposite.
