Sijihong Town is located on the bank of Datong Lake in the northernmost part of Yuanjiang City. It is a centralized resettlement town for migrants from outside the Zhexi Reservoir Area. It faces Heba Town across the river to the east, is connected to Jinpen Farm and Qizizhen Township Bridge to the south, is adjacent to Nanwan Lake Farm to the west, and is pillowed by Datong Lake in the north. Provincial Highway S202 runs across the north of the town, so the transportation is very convenient.
