2023 Physical Examination Time for Civil Servants in Wenchang City, Hainan Province

1. List of Physical Examination Personnel

According to the order of comprehensive scores of qualified interviewees for the same position from high to low, 81 people including Qu Zhihao were selected in a ratio of 1:1. Our city’s 2023 annual examination candidates for civil servant physical examination (see attachment 1 for the list).

Shortlisted candidates for the physical examination are requested to carefully read the "Civil Service Entry Physical Examination Precautions" (see Attachment 2), and on the day of the physical examination, bring your ID card, written examination admission ticket, and a recent two-inch full-face color photo with no hat, and submit it on time Arrive at the centralized location to participate in the physical examination, and cooperate with the identity verification, payment of physical examination fees, etc.

2. Time and place for physical examination

(1) Time for physical examination: 6:30 am on April 17, 2023 (Monday).

(2) Physical examination centralized location: Haikou Vienna International Hotel Haikou High-speed Railway East Station Branch (No. 26, Zhongshan South Road, Qiongshan District, Haikou City).

3. Physical examination items and standards

(1) Physical examination items and standards are strictly in accordance with the "Notice on Revisions and Related Contents" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), etc. Provisions are enforced.

(2) If the heart rate, vision, hearing, blood pressure and other items in the "General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" do not meet the physical examination qualification standards, the candidates will be informed on the spot and re-examination will be arranged on the same day; If items such as borderline heart murmur, pathological electrocardiogram, pathological murmur, and frequent premature beats (confirmed by electrocardiogram) fail to meet the physical examination qualification standards, candidates will be informed on the spot and reexamination will be arranged on the spot.

Only one re-examination can be conducted on the same day and on the spot. If the re-examination fails, further inspection will not be arranged at another date. The results of the physical examination will be based on the conclusion of the on-site re-examination on the same day.

(3) If candidates have questions about the unqualified physical examination conclusion for non-same-day or non-on-the-spot re-examination items, they may submit a written reply to the city’s civil servants department within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the physical examination conclusion. The application for medical examination will be re-examined after approval. The re-examination content will include items that have an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. Except for the same-day and on-site re-inspection items, the re-inspection items must be kept strictly confidential.

If a candidate fails to complete the physical examination items as required within the specified time, it will be deemed to have automatically given up the physical examination qualification.
