Hold a valid work permit

Prove that the job content of the current employer in Albania is related to academic qualifications.

Have worked full-time for the same employer in Albania for at least 6 months before applying for nomination in Albania.

2. Employers of overseas students nominated by provinces require:

It has a legal person institution or is registered in this province.

Provide full-time and permanent job invitations to applicants, and their occupations should belong to NOC 0, A, B A and B.

The job invitation letter provided shall meet the minimum employment standards in this province (note: the current hourly wage in this province shall not be less than 9.40 Canadian dollars).
