When will the border wage reform be introduced?

Border defense wage reform is wage reform, which is a wage system reform for staff in government agencies and institutions. The relevant policies issued by the state will be fully implemented on August 1, 2023.

The border defense salary reform policy is jointly issued by the Ministry of Human Resources, the Ministry of Finance, the General Staff Department and other departments. It is based on the relevant arrangements and requirements for the construction and development of the army, taking into account the remote location, inconvenient transportation and living conditions of the border defense troops. Due to actual conditions such as hardship, in line with the principles of positivity, prudentness and implementation, through measures such as adding border defense allowances and special post allowances, we will strive to solve the more prominent problems reported by the border defense troops and increase the wages and benefits of the border defense troops.
