Guo Shui Fa [23] No.47

Legal analysis:

1. Compensation for ground attachments, in principle, the pre-migration standard shall be implemented. However, considering the fact that the time between two migrations is long and the market price has changed greatly, the compensation standard for some projects with ground attachments to be relocated shall be appropriately adjusted:

(1) The compensation standard for houses shall be raised by 5

5.9%. The adjustment basis is: inflation index (155

9.9%) provided by the Municipal Bureau of Statistics during the seven years from 1998 to 24.

(2) The grape compensation standard was lowered from the previous standard of 1 yuan (76,2 yuan/mu) to 3 yuan (22,86 yuan/mu). After adjustment, it is still higher than the standard of 1, yuan/mu stipulated in document No.47 of Chao Zhengfa [23].

(3) The price of other items has not changed much, which has no great impact on the life of immigrants, and the compensation standard in the previous period remains unchanged.

Legal basis:
