Article 6 The State shall set up entry-exit frontier inspection organs at ports open to the outside world.

China citizens, foreigners and means of transport enter and exit from ports open to the outside world. Article 7 With the approval of the State Council, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may, according to the needs of entry-exit administration, make provisions on the preservation of fingerprints and other biometric information of entry-exit personnel.

If foreign governments have special regulations on visa issuance and entry and exit management for China citizens, the China government can take corresponding reciprocal measures according to the situation.
