In the second pioneering work under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, under the general framework of promoting the industrialization and urbanization of Erdos City and realizing the sound and rapid economic and social development of Erdos City, the government of Zhungeer Banner has put forward the development idea of developing and constructing Dalu New District and improving the level of new industrialization and urbanization from the perspective of "building a big base and realizing a great leap forward".
