What are the requirements for investment immigration in Cyprus?
1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old and have no criminal record;
2. Purchase a property with a value of 300,000 euros or more in Cyprus (the property can only be applied after being approved by the authorities);
3. There are assets certificates of 300,000 euros in the names of individuals and spouses, and supporting documents (total deposits, real estate, company shares) are provided;
4. Opening a personal account in Cyprus for the first time or before entry. The principal applicant and spouse each deposit 30,000 euros of living allowance, and each child deposits 654.38+200,000 euros of living allowance.
Note: Applicants can bring their spouses and unmarried children under 18 to apply with their parents.
