Visa Instructions

Notes

1. During the validity period of multiple visas, the stay in Russia cannot exceed 90 days at a time.

2. Our office will not extend other visas issued by Russia.

3. If the visa is not received for any reason, the original invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the company will not be returned.

4. If the visa application form is incomplete, our office will not process the visa.

5. Applicants may be asked to provide supplementary documents or be interviewed if necessary.

6. If several people are invited at the same time, each applicant should provide a complete document.

7. The applicant should apply for the visa in person or provide a notarized power of attorney.

Business visa

1. Valid passport and copy of passport home page

2. 1 photo (1 inch or 2 inches is acceptable)

3. Visa application form (all questions in the form should be answered). Supplementary information form required for multiple visas

4. Original invitation letter issued by the Russian Immigration Service or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Work visa

1. Valid passport and copy of passport home page

2. 1 photo (1 inch or 2 Any size is acceptable)

4. Original invitation letter issued by the Russian Immigration Service

6. Labor permit issued by the Russian Immigration Service and its copy

7. Valid (valid for 3 months) health certificate , AIDS quarantine report (if the stay in Russia exceeds 90 days)

8. Original and copy of the overseas labor training certificate

Representative Office (Work) Visa

5. Original and valid invitation letter from the foreign representative office in Russia and its copy

6. Copy of the registration certificate of the foreign representative office in Russia

7. Valid (valid for 3 months) health certificate, AIDS quarantine report (if the time of stay in Russia exceeds 90 days)

Study visa

1. Valid passport and copy of passport homepage

2. 1 photo (1 inch or 2 inches is acceptable)

5. Russian invitation college (university) ) of the valid invitation letter and its copy

8. Bank deposit certificate proving sufficient ability to pay (if it is a parent’s account, a household register must be provided to prove the relationship)

10. Children under 18 years old should provide notarized documents of parental consent

Tourist visa

Private visa

Transit visa

Visa fee

< p>Ordinary visa (5 working days)/Expedited visa (3 working days)/Urgent visa (1 working day)

One visa package costs 1,000 RMB

Two One-time visa package is RMB 1,300-1,500

Multiple visa package is 2,000 RMB

One-month invitation letter is 1,000 RMB, half-year invitation letter is 1,800 RMB, and one-year multiple round-trip invitation letter is 2,500 RMB people.

When applying for a visa, you need to pay the entire visa fee in one go.

If the visa is not received for any reason, our office will not refund the remaining balance of the visa fee paid.
