Historical background of starcraft

Tens of millions of years ago, there was a race with advanced technology, Xel'Naga, wandering in the universe. They created new life on the planet they reached, and they tried to create pure biological forms, among which the most successful works were protoss and zerg. But ambition makes protoss and zerg fall into a large-scale war and cannot extricate themselves.
