Because of its special geographical location-a fortress connecting Northeast China and North China, since the economic depression in Northeast China, a large number of northeast immigrants have moved to Qinhuangdao, accounting for 70% of the foreign population, with unstable social security and uneven population quality. The local people in Qinhuangdao are backward in ideas, do not make progress, and sit in the well and watch the sky.

Third, the entrepreneurial atmosphere is not ideal. Like many northern cities, what you need in Qinhuangdao is relationships. If a foreigner wants to achieve something, the first thing he should do is to establish his own interpersonal network, which requires a lot for a foreigner.
