Tuokou Hydropower Station, located in Tuokou Town, hongjiang city, is the third key project of cascade development in Yuanshui River Basin and the largest hydropower station to be built in our province at present. Hongjiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government formally signed the investment invitation agreement for Tuokou Hydropower Station with Hunan Wuling Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. on June 5438+10/October 65438+May 2003. Tuokou Hydropower Station is located in the upper reaches of Yuanshui River and 3.5km downstream of Tuokou Town, hongjiang city, Hunan Province. It is the fifth cascade hydropower station in the main stream of Yuanshui River. The normal water level of the power station is 250 meters and the dead water level is 235 meters; The installed capacity of the power station is 8 1 1,000 kilowatts, and the average annual power generation is 2.3 billion kwh. The total investment of Tuokou Power Station is estimated to be 6 billion yuan, which will be borne by Hunan Wuling Company. According to the site survey and design of Central South Design Institute, the installed capacity of Tuokou Power Station is 8 1 1,000 kW, the normal water level is 250 meters, and the dam crest is 253 meters high. It is a diversion power station with large storage capacity and annual regulation. Tuokou Power Station adopts diversion layout. The main building consists of four parts: the main dam of Dongyou Temple, the auxiliary dam of Wangmaxi, the auxiliary dam of Baituchong and the seepage control project of Wanhe plot. The inundation of the power station reservoir involves hongjiang city, Huitong County, Zhijiang Dong Autonomous County and Tianzhu County, involving cultivated land (excluding forest land) 1.4 million mu, involving more than 36,000 people to be relocated, including 5 villages in Tuokou Town 1.5 in hongjiang city, 2 neighborhood committees and Luositang Power Station flooded, and the whole town of Tuokou Town needs to be relocated. The reservoir inundation of Tuokou Hydropower Station involves Tuokou Town, Yuanhe Town and Jiangshi Town in hongjiang city, Hunan Province, Dalong Township, Biyong Town and Lengshuixi Township in Zhijiang County, Mobin Township and Langjiang Town in Huitong County, Wengdong Town, Jiangdong Township and Baishi Town in Tianzhu County, Guizhou Province, etc.1/township * * 58 village. The affected area of the reservoir is 50 square kilometers, the backwater length of the main stream is about 56 kilometers, the backwater length of the main tributary canal water is about 29 kilometers, and the backwater length of the tributary Biyong River is about 12 kilometers. The flood affected about 40,000 people, 2 million square meters of houses and 6.5438+0.8 million mu of cultivated land, flooded six towns (Tuokou, Dalong, Mo Bin, Langjiang, Wengdong and Jiangdong) and affected about 44,000 kilowatts of hydropower stations.
