Article 9

To apply for a certificate of no criminal record, relevant certification materials shall be provided:

(a) when applying for a certificate of no criminal record, a local registered citizen shall show his identity card and provide a copy;

(two) non-local household registration personnel to apply for proof of no criminal record, must produce the original identity certificate such as ID card, residence permit or passport, and provide a copy;

(3) When applying for the certificate of no criminal record, the personnel with the original domicile in various places shall show their identity cards (or other identification certificates) and the household registration certification materials of the local police station where the original domicile is located. The household registration certification materials shall specify the name, gender, identity card number, date of birth, address and starting and ending time of the applicant during his local residence (except as confirmed by the public security organ), and provide a copy;

(4) Non-local registered students who study or have studied locally must show their ID card, student ID card (graduation certificate) or school registration certificate, and provide a copy.
