How to deal with the social mentality of grass-roots anger and middle-class runaway

As far as the production of knowledge is concerned, the knowledge about China may seldom come from the thinkers and theorists who are in a "colonial" state in universities and research institutions at present, but more may come from this grassroots group. As the name implies, grassroots groups grow at the bottom of China society and experience and understand a real China society. Although they were also influenced by leftist and liberal theories, they refused to be "colonized" once they realized that these foreign things could not explain China, let alone transform China. As a result, they began to think rationally about the reality of China society and seek solutions to the problems.

Ideologically speaking, the middle class in China is only a consumer, not a producer. On the one hand, they have not yet produced the knowledge system needed by their own class. On the other hand, they have not become knowledge producers representing their interests. At present, the intellectual groups in China either revolve around power, that is, power intellectuals, or around interests, that is, interest intellectuals. Both left-wing intellectuals and liberal intellectuals are mostly in this state.

Because they are afraid, they will also be angry. However, unlike cynics, many people in this class, especially the upper-middle class, often choose to "quit" China society. In any society, the middle class is the stratum foundation of social stability, and they are most afraid of social instability. In today's China, in the eyes of the middle class, whether it is the radical thoughts of leftists and liberals or the anger of society, various factors are contributing to the radicalization of society. In recent years, a serious problem that can't be ignored is that with the radicalization of society, two groups representing the upper-middle class in China are emigrating overseas, one is a high-end intellectual group, and the other is a wealth group.
