How to immigrate to Cyprus

As long as you have money, unless you have special needs, it is not recommended to choose to immigrate there.

In addition to money, other application conditions are as follows:

1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

2. Investors must be nationals of a third country, not citizens of the European Union or the European Free Trade Association.

3. The applicant must have no criminal record and no property frozen by the EU due to sanctions.

Investors must have enough health insurance.

5. Meet one of the following investment methods:

(1) Purchase self-occupied property in Cyprus.

(2) Invest in non-residential properties, such as office buildings, shops, hotels, etc., which can be new houses or secondary sales properties.

(3) Buying shares in a Cypriot company, which needs to operate and employ at least 5 employees for the entity.

(4) Collective investment funds for investment institutions in Cyprus.

6. Subsidiary applicants include partners,/kloc-dependent children under 0/8 years old,/kloc-unmarried children between 0/8 and 25 years old who are financially dependent on investors, parents and spouses of dependent parents, etc.
