Does Inner Mongolia immigrate to Japan much?
Not much. Judging from the distribution of Mongolians, there are very few Japanese immigrants from Inner Mongolia, all of whom are floating residents, with no more than 5,000 at most. Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the north of China, bordering Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Hebei in the northeast.
