Why is Liuzhi Special Zone called Special Zone?

Liuzhi Special Zone, formerly known as Langya County, is rich in coal resources. Later, a mining area was set up in the county, and the mining area was renamed Liuzhi Special Zone. The current Liuzhi Special Zone was formed by the merger of Liuzhi Special Zone, which was renamed by the mining area, and Langdai County during the third-line construction.
