What's the difference between old Beijingers and new Beijingers?

The way old Beijingers speak means that they know nothing about the local dialect and are not familiar with the city. Later, these people who were transferred to Beijing to work or study all had the temperament or behavior of old Beijingers, which was relatively simple. Then, these new people transferred to Beijing may have a strong defensive mentality, and they are unwilling to contact strangers because of their work.
