For a small number of immigrants who have bought houses in the towns of the reservoir area before relocation and resettlement, and have actually lived in the place where the houses have been purchased for a long time and have the means to make a living, from the perspective of digesting the problems left over from relocation and resettlement and maintaining the stability of immigrants, after confirmation by the immigration department, they can be allowed to move their household registration into their residence after their relocation and resettlement places become non-African, so as to solve the problem of separation between people and households.
